Packing Kitchen Appliances
You may wish to pack your counter top appliances by yourself or have Compass Vanlines,Inc. movers pack them for you. Kitchen appliances are quite unique and require some planning before you are ready to pack them. Most have multiple parts and accessories that need to be packed along with the main appliance. For instance your blender may use various blades that should be packed together.
Even if you plan to pack these useful appliances last, it is wise to spend some time locating all the parts, and placing them together. This way, when you are ready to pack, it will take you less time to do so. It is always a good idea to pack electronics in their original packaging. However if you don’t have them just use an appropriate size carton and use packing material such as thermocol balls and bubble wrapping.
It is wise to have cleaned and repaired any kitchen appliances before packing them so that when you unpack them in your new home they will be ready to use.
